    they do not use soapy water, only power wash, and do not brush window silts; do not clean any windows on ground level or on patio level. I am quite shocked for paying for 100% water powerwash, which not even half of my windows were cleaned; and the other half were not actually cleaned as they dont use any cleaning aids. Do we clean our dishes or laundry without detergent? If the answer isNo, so why are we scheduling and paying for something half done. Horrid work - avoid at all costs
