I had a pretty bad experience buying a product online from Visions Electronics, but the guys at the Terminal store are great, friendly, and helpful and processed a return for me on the spot no questions asked. Thank you!

Had a defective TV delivered from this location, went in and talked to a man who I thought was the manager, and he didnt even see the TV he just said we broke it or the installer did and didnt want to replace it. He was extremely rude and didnt want to help at all. Worst customer service. If you get a TV from here, make sure it works before taking possession. I went to a different location and they made it right and apologized . Very bad experience.

Ive bought 4 flat screens from these guys , the sales guys always helpful w introducing specials and knowledgeable in the specs and comparisons [ 3 @ marine dr & 1 @ nvan ] I always get the longest warranty which if needed they take care of efficiently

Best prices in town. They just changed the whole store setup and updated their prices. Got a stereo system and TV set. Got a great price. Best place in Vancouver.

I will never go to visions again and I suggest you avoid it as well. I feel like they took advantage of my lack in knowledge of technology. I ended up spending much more than I was quoted by the dealership and all they could tell me is that they gave me a deal. I wasted my money and time. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

Worst place to buy electronics. When you walk inside you are attacked by sleasy salesmen who just wont leave you alone. Even if I say just looking 2 minutes after another one will come by and attack me.
