Builder's Choice Shower Door

I ordered the doors on August 16, 2019. Job was finally completed Nov 15, 2019. You do the math. Sales technician didnt place the order for 3 weeks. First set of doors not measured correctly. Many issues occurred before replacement doors came in. When brought to my home there was a chip in the glass. I will not recommend or use this company again.

Measured within days of order, then installed within a week. Friendly, efficient & local. Quality 10 mm door less expensive than 8 mm doors at big box stores. I suspect my experience is more typical than the previous rating.

Promised 10 day turn around from first site measure. Over 8 weeks later, 3 additional site measures required, 3 failed attempted installs for three pieces of glass. Final product installed on 4th attempt.
