Terrible wait times and cold food!

This is the worst place I have ever ordered from. We ordered an order at 5:58 and by 6:07 we called back. She then told us it would be 10 more mins. 20 mins later we called back and were told 10 more mins. We then spoke to another person, and he called the driver. The food arrived 10 mins later, we weren't even offered a discount! the breaded almond chicken had 1 piece that was burnt, and another piece that wasn't cooked, the rest of our food was cold! they cane back and gave us a refund.

Best in the city. Always good food here, never disappointed

There is no pussyfooting around the fact that the service is severely lacking. It is brusque and inattentive. However, this place has some of the best dim sum food you could ask for. The food is excellent. It is also plentiful and cheap. Having said that, you can expect long waits. It is a busy place and service suffers as a result. The decor is fairly clean and functional and the restaurant is quite big. If you can tolerate the service, I highly recommend the food.
