This company charges $95 per hour which is a reasonable rate but what they do not tell you until you get your bill is that they also charge you $95 an hour for driving to and from your residence. I do not think this is fair practice.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your invoice. Yes, we do charge drive time, one way, for service calls, which is an industry standard in all trades, including HVAC, plumbers and electricians. Some companies build it into their hourly rate, however, we choose to keep our hourly rate as low as possible for better overall savings for our customers.
