    Called about a problem with my softener. John fixed the problem and also explained to my husband how to fix the softener if it happened again. The service was prompt and courteous and we will call John again if we need him.

    I had John installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system in July 2014, and then added another component in August 2016. Everyone I have dealt with has gone far and above what anyone expected. I wouldn't change a thing. They are true professionals who actually do care.
