Rude staff and Overpriced!

A rude sales person showed me the part that I wanted to purchase for $36.95. I discovered that that the mounting bracket was slightly bent. I inquired about a possible discount ($5) to which she replied that I could always go to Rona and purchase the same part for $50.00. I chose to leave and go to the local Rona. I was greet at Rona by a nice staff person and got the same part for 26.99!

Sold me a broken ...

Sold me a broken appliance and when I complained, I got to talk to the rudest, most consescending and most discriminating owner-manager i have ever encountered. No customer service at all. Made me wait for more than months to reply to a complaint. Bottomline is he did not do anything to help. Terrible mistale to buy from here! Dont regret like me! Never buy from here as you dont save any. Instead you lose whatever you got to a garbage appliance!
