Transcona Veterinary Hospital

Dr. Nitychoruk is one of the best veterinarians I have ever gone to. She has helped my dogs over several years and I trust her completely. She is relatively new at Transcona Vet Clinic but is very experienced and competent.

We’ve been going here since Dr.Moffatt 1st opened his clinic on Plessis ( now on Pandora) I truly miss Dr. Moffatt since he has retired. He was always honest and fair. He treated many of our dogs through out the years and was always upfront and compassionate. We now see Dr. Karan Skakun. She is a wonderful vet who has done several surgeries on our Samantha. She is very caring and is a top notch surgeon. I totally trust her with my fur babies health. The girls up front are always friendly .

Amazing Vet that has taken care of our Cats and Dogs for over eight years. Upfront about treatments and cost effective other Wpg vets. Highly recommend

Absolutely great staff. Always friendly and willing to give advice for all our crazy dog questions. Dr P is an amazing vet and a great person.

Although I live in St. James, Dr Moffatt at Transcona Vet Hospital was the first veterinarian who was really comfortable looking after my daughter’s huge Rhodesian ridgeback. She was very happy with the staff teamwork when Charlie had surgery there. That is why I took my beautiful rough collie there. After Dr. Moffatt we usually saw Dr. Konarzewski who was excellent at diagnosing Jessie’s problems and very patient and understanding explaining her issues to me especially over the past 5 years.

Paid over $1,150 just to get annual heart worm and parvo shots and tick shots, and tick preventative pills for our two dogs, plus allergy meds and nails clipped for one of the dogs. Ridiculous

Our dog recently had TPLO surgery. All the staff have been amazing. Great follow up and they were all very kind and helpful when we had questions. Dr. Skakun is AMAZING- such a wonderful and professional demeanour. We would certainly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future!!

The doctors there are very helpful but cannot say the same for some of the receptionists. The first people you see on the way in and the way out, who take your calls and book appointments leave a lasting impression.

Amazing place

The people are amazing and the treatments / care you and your animals get is fantastic. Won't take my dog anywhere else again.
