    approachable, kind and very gentle

    Have been to Sheila's Day Spa for laser treatments, and do find that she is a very gentle and approachable. The treatments do work. Her Day Spa is very clean and inviting, There is ample parking. Would go back any time I am in the area.

    Very disappointed

    Poor customer service - they make you feel like they just want to take your money but don't care about serving you. Very pushy with selling THEIR products and knocking down whatever you are currently using. Sheila openly criticises doctors' advice and procedures. Booked a peel and was scheduled instead for a $65 consultation without being told when the appointment was booked. Can also find much better prices for products online. Would NEVER go back to this place!

    Our consultations are required for all medical spa procedures. We will not book a client for a medical procedure without a consultation first. This is the first information that as directed to the client upon calling regarding peels, laser treatments, etc. The consultation includes photo digital analysis, which allows the client to view skin care concerns and to direct appropriate procedures with results we have found. This includes a history of medications, age, any general health problems, lifestyle activities (i.e tanning), and treatment explanations. This is included in one hour. It may be disappointing that the services we think we need, are not actually the services that we require. We will not do a fifteen minute assessment and proceed with a medical procedure. Regarding comments on physicians, I'm a practical nurse and medical referrals are part of our business.
