Doctor Pinos Mpiana

No empathy No consideration of anyone elses time or schedule. Office is only open 4 days a week. It s next to impossible to get through on the phone.when you do book an appointment, you are told 3-5 days for a call back, so it could be up to more then a week wait time to speak to him. His secretary is horrible, extremely rude and rushed. They treat you like you are bothering them. He's taken on way too many Pt's. Terrible family dr.

He does not convey any degree of empathy. Arrogant and disdainful! Bad combination!

He has no knowledge of people. He has no medical ability. He has ruined my health and mortality. Very biased

Sorry for the people who put such disrespectful comments about such a patient focused doctor like Mr. Mpiana. You are liars. He is a respectable person and being his patient I am ashamed of how some people took their time to write something so rubbish! He is a top doc and some lousy goats cannot take him down! All the best Dr Mpiana, may God bless you for what you are doing for us ?

Dr. Mpiana always made the right decisions and showed concern and respect for my wife and I. Due to English not being his primary language hard to understand but he would repeat and slowly to make sure you understood. Not keen on his office up in an attic with stairs, no elevator. People with trouble walking have a hard time getting up the steps to see him.

Last resort doctor after waiting four months to find a doctor I end up at the walk in clinic because the doctor overbooked and your siting for an hour and half they take walk ins so ur sitting as a walk in is good in Health care I'm Newfoundland is shit don't expect the doctors they brlng here any better

Only go to this doctors office at a last resort. Doctor is very rude and is a total disrespect to patients everywhere. Receptionist isn't much better either. I was looking for a new family doctor and it seemed like a real headache for her that I was even there. Needless to say I never went back.
