Dr. Kabongo is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. He helped guide me through a rough patch health wise in my life.

He has misdiagnosed me multiple times .when he sent referrals through I'd call the the person he referred me to MONTHS later and they would say they never got it even after I called them multiple times to make sure they put it through. They rarely answer the phones and rarely ever call back voicemails. I've also sat in their waiting room for 3 hours past my appointment time multiple times.

Terrible, no follow up appointments, does not call for test results. Phone calls never returned. For your own health I would not recommend this ohysician

I have had Dr.Kabongo as my doctor since 2008. He I has been excellent.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Kabongo and his staff. I have received great service every time I have gone to see him. And just two weeks ago I requested a referral to see a specialist and got the call today for my apt. My son also really likes him.

Always helpful and willing to work with me. My daughter loves him.

Horrible service. You have to wait 30mins to an hour just to get in for 3 mins. Advised i him i had severe stomach pain and only scheduled my for a kidney ultrasou d. After going to the hospital they said that ultrasound was useless and i had to wait longer to find out i had gallstones.
