Dr. Watson recently performed surgery on my jaw, and my husband and I could not have been more pleased with how knowledgeable and caring he was about the situation. He also gave my husband his personal number if we had any complications over the first weekend post surgery.

Dr. Watson and all staff were above and beyond what I expected. His very matter of fact and deliberate movements show how skilled and knowledgeable they are. My son was very nervous and they all handled it well and with great care. They make sure a family member is their when the patient starts to wake to ease confusion and nervousness. I would recommend him to anyone and would go back!

Dr Watson’s patient interaction is not great, my son was scared to be put under, and a little upset when he came to, and Doctor Watson did nothing to alleviate any of that. We were told to pay the $100 fee at the hospital, but there was no way to pay. Then we tried his office, but the receptionist had no idea what we were talking about. We assumed NB medial covered it. 6 YEARS later they sent us to collections without one word on the phone or by letter that we owed them anything.

Dentists need to remember, their patients are often stressed, in pain, and there MUST be a calm atmosphere and the dentist MUST NOT exacerbate stressful situations in their office, especially since their patient is also their customer, paying dearly for services rendered. This Dentist failed on all these counts though he did remove 3 wisdom teeth successfully. Watson could stand some lessons in patient/customer service!

Dr Watson is what every doctor should be. Fine skills, pleasant and caring. Really happy with my outcome and experience
