The Water Shed

Their customer service is not very helpful, when I needed help they just gave me the runaround.

I wrote a previous review regarding the wait time for service. Watershed contacted me explaining the unusual circumstance causing the delay. When the service tech arrived, he was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed quickly at no charge. I have been dealing with Watershed for 13 years now and have never experienced anything short of stellar service. I guess this was just a bump in the road. I still highly recommend The Watershed.

A pleasure to deal with, and their work is A+. They were the third Water Treatment Company we called, the first two had taken our money and left us with unusable water. But The Water Shed worked with us to ensure the solution was indeed a solution. Highly recommend them!
