As for my review of 1 1/2 years ago...I guess like most salesmen, when making a sale, they will bend over backwards for you. When it comes to helping you when their crappy washer breaks down ( third time in 18 months), not so much. Their phone response has always been unhelpful, they make you feel like you are bothering them and don’t even attempt to help you find a solution. Brian, when my husband must of accidentally hung up the phone ( due to stroke) wouldn’t even call back to help this time
