Very poor customer service " - Kman I bought a preowned 2016 Explorer 3 weeks ago. They did safety testing and 2 days after picking up the car the air bag light came up on the screen. I booked an appointment which was given after 9 days.The fix required overnight stay of the vehicle.I had to fight for the rental as I live 65 km away from dealership.Dealership didn’t want to cover the rental cost ,though my vehicle is still under warranty.
