    I can't say enough good things about the time and effort put into the deal I worked on with Phillip and Joyce. Their professionalism and industry knowledge for Barrie and surrounding area was impressive. They really guided me on a path I had never taken before, as this was the first time I have leased commercial space. They really gave me trustworthy advice and got me into a great location for a fair price! would highly recommend them to anyone looking for commercial real estate needs! A+++
