Centre d'Acces aux Soins Communautaires

I have been seeking their help for about three years. I have been sent in circles. I have had a meeting that they didnt take notes for or forgot about. I had an in home visit but they only talked to my Mother NOT me??????????? I have multiple disabilities/syndromes/conditions/illnesses that it is impossible for me to live on my own. They didnt even know what Agoraphobia is. I had my Family Doctor send them a letter explaining this and that I was in desperate need to get on a list.

Poor service. Dont return calls

I have called CCAC 3 times my phone calls are never returned. I have a grandmother who can't see and now she's fallen and broken your elbow. They don't seem to find it important enough to help a family out or senior citizen of 96 years. She's at home alone can only use their left hand and they feel she doesn't qualify for service. Just want to know where my tax dollars are really going here. It's a sad day for seniors with a service like CCAC in charge

When my husband was diagnosed with Cancer the help provided was amazing and made the situation bearable for us both.

Had the receptionist call 2 days ago for an appointment. Show up and waited an hour only to find out she never booked the appointment at all.very disappointed with her. This was not her usual job....and shouldn't be.
