Just wanted to convey my gratitude to Dr.List who, several years ago, quickly and astutely diagnosed my intraocular pressure, which no previous specialist had been able to do. Thanks to this, I have had complete resolution of this condition and I am eternally thankful. The staff there is also very friendly and helpful.

Very unapproachable. Front desk staff made no eye contact and came across arrogant When inquiring about cost with office manager for new lenses and if estimate can be sent like at a dental office for example to the insurance company..... the manager Kristen stated they are not dentists while turning her back and walking away saying they only call for patients nothing in writing. Eye doctor very pleasant and staff member Carrie very pleasant as well.

The customer service and patient care is exemplary.

Dr Stuart was very professional and courteous. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and very friendly. The warm atmosphere was felt fresh m the moment we stepped onto the clinic. Would recommend their services to all friends and family.

What a great experience!!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was no push to purchase anything, Dr. Morellato was amazing with both myself and my daughter. I ended up finding the right pair of glasses that fit me perfectly with the help of Marlyss and the wonderful ladies at the front!! I strongly recommend this clinic, and Dr. Morellato.

Purchased glasses...

Purchased glasses two years ago, I have been back many times and I am told there is nothing wrong. I just went elsewhere and got new glasses and the difference is night and day. Everything is clear not blurry. I would not recommend South Barrie they do not stand behind their product
