Oh my goodness.I am guessing these people have too much work as customer service is bottom of their list of priorities. After a week of trying to get through to them (they apparently review all phone calls on a Tuesday and respond once per week) tey decided that my project (which was quite large, but where they did not have sufficient details to form an opinion) was not something they would take on. Wow. If this is how they treat potential clients I would not be rushing to use them for anything.
