They were hired to shingle a new build in 2017. Each year I see more nail heads which were installed too low, and not covered by the overlapping shingle. They have been back 3 times to find them all and repair. Yet here I am in July 2022, and still finding nails too low. The last time I talked to the owner we ended up in a heated argument as he didn't want to do the repair. It should have been done properly the 1st time.
