We signed a contract to have them clean and remove snow over the winter. Final payment was made January 2020 to Artistic Landscaping. Following the heavy snow storm on 6 March 2020 Artistic Landscaping did not come and clean the snow at my location or our neighbours who had also signed contracts. Artistic Landscaping has refused to acknowledge my repeated phone calls and messages left?
