Had a amazing experience Loved their service

Very disappointing! Inexperienced, cheater and rude staff members. Additionally, they asked me to pay either by cash or they would charge me more if I use Debit (called it #HST) though Credit cards are not even acceptable for less than $20 bill. I don’t understand who are they cheating with #government, #bank or #customers.

They are really nice there's one bigger lady and I had very uneven eyebrows she told me to grow them out and make them symmetrical again I was so happy

They are so disrespectful and don't speak to you nicely. They pulled out my nose piercing accidentally with the thread and didn't even apologize. Not nice at all, not to mention they made my eyebrows uneven

Horrible experien...

Horrible experience. I went to get my eyebrows threaded by the new girl (the taller, bigger lady). She talked to her colleagues the entire time she was threading my eyebrows. When I looked at them afterwards, not only did she make my right eyebrow 3x thinner than the left but she gave them two different shapes. I've been going to that salon for over 5 years and will definitely not be going back ever again.
