I’ve never dealt with a more under handed and unprofessional company before. Rented a bouncy castle a week in advance and paid $100 deposit. Tried to confirm the day before with no answer and no call back. On the day of I called and called and got no answer. Went to the location and it was closed. Called the other location and was given excuses. They showed up 3 hours late by which time the event was almost over. Was offered a $20 credit a week later was told a manager would call - no call.
