I’ve never dealt with a more under handed and unprofessional company before. Rented a bouncy castle a week in advance and paid $100 deposit. Tried to confirm the day before with no answer and no call back. On the day of I called and called and got no answer. Went to the location and it was closed. Called the other location and was given excuses. They showed up 3 hours late by which time the event was almost over. Was offered a $20 credit a week later was told a manager would call - no call.

Kids had a wonderful time in the play area with whatever equipment that was in working order. The receptionist on duty that day was the most uncouth, ill mannered, and lazy individual I have met todate. Pizza was late as was the coffee, tea, juice and associated table ware for the adults. Had to continuously get her away from her video watxhing to get the garbage bins switched out. She kept acting rude with us infront of our guest and had to be checked on multiple occasions. Would not recommed.

I highly recommend their game bus for parties their employees are amazing and kid oriented. They were early and worked hard to make sure all the kids had a great time!!!!
