I know that my dishwasher requires a service call. Miele insists on providing service itself. I called this morning to book an appointment, only to be told that someone would call me within 24 to 48 hours to book a service call because they were too busy for me to talk to a service representative. This is unacceptable behaviour from a luxury appliance provider. I selected "terrible" with care.
