Tire World has the best customer service. They have many different brands of tires too choose from at very low prices. The installers do an amazing job and provide top notch service. I have been a loyal customer for 25 years and highly recommend them.

I went to this establishment to get all four tires on my ram changed. I spoke to a gentlemen over the phone first and got a price for all four tires. I brought the truck in waited for about half hour and my truck was ready! Very professional , Courteous and polite! I would deffinetaly refer my friends and family to this place!

We bought 4 set of chinese made sailun winter tires with steel rims for our 2011 acura csx, and so far we are very happy with the performance! Their shop is one of the most inexpensive place in Brampton. But they need to improve their services and modernize it because its getting so crowded in the winter time. They need an APP developer so people get an option to be able to shop for their tires online and go there only when it’s your turn for service, no need to wait there. Need bldng expansion.

Empathy is essential if you are to provide good customer service. Your staff lack it. Saw it with my own eyes and experienced it myself

We called first before going and got a quote for the installation of 4 tires (2 which we already owned) and buying 2 from them. They quoted us $235 so we went. Once the work was done they say it's $290. They asked for the name of who quoted us and we didn't know his name so they said the car is $290 if you want your vehicle back. They push really crappy quality tires on you. While my husband was waiting there was other people arguing with them about issues they've had with them as well.

If you can't accept clients after 5p, you should change your closing hours from 6p to 5p.

If they break something they turn on u.Poor customer service. Dishonest and uncivilized behaviour towards customers. They broke 2 of my studs. Refuse to pay for them. The owner is a class act literally doesn't take any responsibility for his actions. Avoid them. They do not have hoists they jack up your car. Tire selection is not the best. They push Sailuns on you its low end Chinese brand. Look online people complain in other reviews. You can get quality Tires look else where. poor workmanship

Worst place to buy tires from ... twice I've gotten bad tires... BE CAREFUL and if you buy, ask others to check them for you... these people just want your money and they don't even check what they are selling

I have brought my car and my truck in for tires, Great prices and friendly staff. Busy in the fall but that's expected.
