You will wait there for minimum 1 hr if not 2 appointment or not... There are good doctors in the clinic but also there are people who want you to get out as fast as possible... such doctor was mention here...My family doctor is good but I cannot wait 2 hr with a sick child so I go elsewhere...There are some unprofessional receptionists working there...rude and not helpful...

Theres a so called dr here-Dr Kwong.Last week I came to walk-in,had pneumonia since 9 days & was previously not treated well.Without checking my chest or blood test he said its a virus & will get better by itself.Just go home.When I insisted to please do something since Ive fever since 9 days he bluntly said I cant do anything, Im not a god.We go to docs becoz they professionally treat us,not becoz theyre gods.Hes always a disappointment trying to get rid of his patients & should stop doing that

Service is very bad...I took an appointment at 4.30. Reported at 4. Nobody called me till 5pm. When I enquired , they were telling me doctor already left. What kind of service is this. Very bad experience...
