Call someone else. This company is in my opinion an absolute joke. I've used them for a couple years now on my rental properties in Brantford, which included the purchase of a new furnace at one of the properties. Every time Doug, who's the service manager, attends a property he exaggerates the problem, he'll tell you that the whole building needs to be replaced. This last time he attended a tenant that has no heat in -15 weather, said he didn't have time to fix it & call someone else.

Excellent experience! Doug Nutford arrived as promised at 4pm. Called first to say he was on his way.He was professional & personable. A/ C fixed promptly. Was reluctant to use this company after reading review of May 27/16 posted by TS but glad I did. JK

Cancelled first appointment, didn't reattach hose and almost flooded my basement . Did nothing to rectify, and will maybe send someone over to check it out. do not recommend
