Galaxy Car Wash

Ate $5 in change for the vacuum!!

Really bad customer service, was cleaning my car out for the first time In a while (it's winter of course it's hard to keep clean) and one of the cleaning guys walked by and literally chewed me out for half filling the garbage. I told him it's been a while it's winter haven't gotten around too it he asked if I was going to use the vaccume or any other service because I was "taking up time and space" Really man? Disrespect I sure as hell won't be returning.

Car wash itself is fine but the service is awful. When trying to use change, the machine was picky, and there was no button to get change back, and since i didn't have enough change i had to leave my money in there. Then i tried visa, the machine told me that my visa card pin wasn't correct, which it was. So i couldn't wash my car. I left and found out they charged my card anyways for more than 3 times what it would have costed to wash my car, when i called it took 2 days to get back to me, and when they finally did it was an extremely rude experience, i was talked down to like i was stupid and told how obviously it was my fault. I have never been more dissatisfied with a buisness and once i get my money back I will never ever use this service again, and i strongly encourage others to do the same.

First time users....

First time users.....Loved the convenience....however....I found the water to run too cold for the first couple minutes...and the blower dryer blew cold air for a long time & so powerful it almost blew my puppy off the table..
