This business was very unhygienic. The attendant tried to do my nails with dirty broken rubber gloves and and equipment that had not been sanitized. This would be disturbing at any time. During a pandemic it was more alarming. In addition they are not practising social distancing measures. People are being seated right beside each other. I would not recommend this business. I am very disappointed with their health and safety practices. I left without allowing them to finish services.

I live in the North End of Brantford and I must say that it is worth the drive to West Brant to visit this salon. They are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Each customer is treated with care. They don't rush and aim to exceed expectations. Although they do accept walk-ins, I would highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure the correct amount of time necessary to complete your service is alloted.
