Bought a bdrm set from them with a mirror. Nowhere on the website did it say that the mirror had to be attached to the dresser with the set. The only spot it fit in our room was right under a window we were going to hang it on the wall. Called to try and return it and they were extremely rude. They refused to refund us the money and said they would use the refund we should get to pay for their delivery guys to come get it. $170! Horrible customer service. Will never shop here ever again!

Terrible experience! Take your business elsewhere! Do NOT purchase from The Brick if you want your product anytime soon. They will give you a delivery date... but then you still wait MONTHS to receive the products. They continue to offer this product for sale when they know they cant get any stock - very dishonest to misrepresent themselves. If you call their office you get HORRIBLE customer service. Save yourself the headaches... purchase somewhere else!!!

Brian, my contact person was very patient and helpful to me. Deliveries were made exactly when they arranged, with my agreement. Overall a good experience I would order from them again.

We had a new sofa delivered today and the two gentlemen that brought the sofa were in a word "Fantastic" Where we wanted it to go was not an easy job by any means and while at first they didn't think it would go there with a lot of determination they finally put it where we wanted, but it was not an easy task given the size of the sofa versus the size of the doorway to the room it was not an easy task. They prevailed and were in the end successful in getting it where my wife wanted. Thank you!

TERRIBLE QUALITY & USELESS MANAGER!!!! Don't buy from here unless you want to throw your money away! Bought a sectional couch July 2016. 2 weeks after it was delivered one of the headrests stopped working. Called in and was told the sectional we bought was discontinued and we could not get parts to repair it. They offered to refund the extended warranty by giving us a store credit only and not the cash back. We were told we would still have the manufacturers warranty but that was a LIE!! BEWARE
