I needed an unusual part for an old Merc outboard and Dave came through in not only finding said part, but he got in two days. Would definitely recommend. I have worked in the boat parts business, and in Canada it isn't always that easy to get parts at a competitive price. Back orders and minimum orders are always a challenge mid season, so come on folks, appreciate having good people, willing to work with you to get out on the water.

I have been dealing with these guys for a long time they are better than many others (Hurst, March Road Motor Sports for example). They make mistakes but they will always fix them. Bought a boat - good price and I did check around. The salesman however does not know how to use a spreadsheet and almost lost the sale. I think all the boat guys have a short season and are hard pressed to give good service. I will keep using them. The parts guys are very good. I do not understand the other ratings

Worst repair service I have ever experienced. Was in for multiple warranty issues and only a couple out of warranty and never a good experience. Once they make the sale they either don't care or will milk you for everything you've got. Started calling around for repair prices and estimates and was extremely cheaper everywhere else. Save yourself lots of money and go elsewhere.

Worst service of any dealer of any shape and size in Ottawa. Do not go here for ANYTHING. These guys couldn't get you the right part if you went in and threw it right at them. I've been multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt... still always receive the same horrible service.

O/5 STARS I don't really want to write this review as much as I hated for the service. Please go to somewhere else for your own goods Anyway took my boat there. That has about 25 hours of use in the motor the guy at the counter, say i need about 2500$of repairs in the motor. the guy at the counter is trying to talk n confuse you. and makes you think of that problem that will needs to change . ignition coils X6, spark plugs X6. also a MAP sensor. now these days motor comes with a onboard
