The worst recruiting agency ever!
Cartel Agency Inc - is the worst recruiting agency in Toronto I've ever had to deal with! Applying for jobs through this firm is such a waste of your time. They never get back, never follow-up, never provide any application status information. Their recruiters just simply ignore any requests. These people just don't care at all! So unprofessional! If there was a possibility to rate lower than one star I would definitely do so.
