Charged $400 to unplug kitchen sink drain. Total time on site less than 20 minutes. Asked about their senior discount but it was refused because it was a Saturday. They were supposed to show up Friday.
If you need a plumber this is the company you want to call. I called and Wes was very interested in helping as soon as possible which he did. The two fellows that came were very polite & efficient & assuring my problem was not as serious as I had imagined. Got to work right away & had my problem resolved in a short time. When finished cleaned up properly & put everything back in place. If needed again PlumbTech is the only place I will call.
Ignore the negative reviews, they are from the competition guaranteed or from someone who has no clue what good service is about. I have used Plumb Techs services 3 times now, and the price was great and so was the service! Wes the owner is awesome to talk to, and will make sure you are happy with the service before they leave. I have hired other companies previously and it was a disaster and rip-off! Do not hesitate to call them, it will be the best decision you make.
Firstly, they are VERY overpriced. I essentially paid $500 for 45 minutes work, two tap handles, and the inner workings on the taps. The tap which was broken worked after they left but leaked quite badly(about half a tub per day). In the end, I had to youtube the job myself, buy the parts and fix it myself. The seat was not even screwed in, and the guys didnt even use plumbers tape to stop the leak. Two positives out of this-I know how to fix it myself now and I should research who I hire.
Poor customer service, left my property a mess and were very rude(using profanities)when speaking to me about the way they left the property. Not very professional! Very expensive. I will never use them again and do NOT recommend them.
