    I've been a regular here for years, and upon reading some of the reviews I have to say that, as much as I loved it there, I understand all the issues with the customer service. However the Human Bean is now under new ownership, with new staff, so customers may find a changed dining experience. Things are cleaner, and friendlier - a great place to go with a friend for coffee or lunch. For those who have been dissapointed in the past, please think about giving the Bean another try.
