Extremely dissatisfied. New installation of furnace & duct work in early 2017. We have been having issues with vent/duct since the installation and now he refuses to return our calls or come back to our house. He TEXTED us saying he is "dissolving this professional relationship" completely out of nowhere. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. For a small business we are completely appalled. To not back up his work and completely leave customers in the dark who paid a lot of money is pretty disgraceful.
