    Very compassionate

    Agree with "amazing compassion". We had to have our dog put down and they were amazing through such a difficult time in our family's lives. The sympathy card was very thoughtful. They are always good with our cats too :)

    amazing compassion

    Had our much loved cat put down after it was apparent she was dying. When I callled the receptionist was extremely compassionate, made an appt. for that morning, when we arrived we were treated so well that it was nothing short of amazing! What was an extremely painful event was made as bearable as possible by their professional care and empathy. A week later they even sent a card.
