Shockingly horrible company!!!!!! Please do not put your trust, money or time into this company. Our furnace was ordered over a year ago , installed 5 months later and still does not work correctly!!!!! When he gives you a day that he will be out he does not show up giving excuse after excuse!!!!!!!There is absolutely no customer loyalty with this company!!!!!!

I wouldn't even give this guy one star.... my furnace is broken and have been promised it would be fixed asap. Its been over 2 and a half months! And for some reason when I call he thinks it's funny that my family is freezing! This is dundalk after all and we are expecting snow. Im sure his children are nice and warm but it's ok to put other jobs a head of mine and to laugh about it. Very un reliable and rude. I was warned buy a previous customer of his. But didn't listen I will be contacting don black also in my area.
