The Computer Dr. business was purchased from the previous owner in December 2012 and is now operated by a family from Russell. It's now a true "Mom & Pop" operation, with old-fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE as the top priority! Many of the prices have been lowered, new extremely gifted and qualified computer technicians have been hired and the store's focus is now aimed at 100% customer satisfaction! Besides the lovely showroom and sales & service on all brands of computers and laptops, they also expertly repair smart phones and tablets. In addition, they are the OES electronics recycling depot for the area, so you can drop off your old electronics to be recycled for free! If you're in the area, please stop by the store and say hi! Even if you're just looking for some free advice, The Computer Dr. is in!

AWFUL!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

This business really needs to learn some customer service. They have had my computer for 3 weeks now and every time I call they tell me it is going to be ready in a couple of days, well "a couple of days" has now been 3 weeks!! AND i'm also still waiting for the boss to call me back, I have been waiting 5 days for this call back.... my advice: don't risk it, go somewhere else.
