I got a groupon, it was so difficult to get an appointment, I had to call at least 10 times before someone answered.Very bad service! I finally made an appointment, when we talked by phone we even discussed the kind of color for my hair and everything, but on the appointment date, when I arrived there, they just told me that they were not able to take care of me since they did not have the appointment in their books at all. So unproffesional. Wasting of time and effort getting there.
