...been going here for years and Caroline and staff have been just wonderful!

After Caroline made an incorrect entry on my form - I was sent a bill by the IRS when I did not owe anything. (She accidentally or randomly inserted a number in a field triggering an amount owing) I have called, emailed and faxed her but never got a return call from her. I have had to clear up the mess she created on my own with the IRS. She is incompetent and will not help you if a problem arises.

Love this place and the staff. Family has been using Thompson Accounting for over 15 years and refer to all friends with personal and business taxes.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE NEGLECT AND POOR WORK ETHIC. CAROLINE WAS OVERLY RUDE in a phone call discussions when SHE FINALLY REPLIED. In this phone call she told me I have selective hearing because I informed her about something the government told me. So she feels I didnt hear them due to my selective hearing. SHE ALSO ARGUED WITH ME. She claims she never got letters the government sent her in regards to my file. But CRA confirmed she got it and could give me the date
