I contacted Joe at Devereaux & Son regarding a septic tank in a house my daughter was interested in purchasing. They wanted to have the septic tank and drain field cleaned as part of the agreement at the expense of the owners prior to signing. Even though he was totally booked up for the next month he agreed to meet with them the next day in order to sign off the conditions for the purchase. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was very helpful and friendly. He reassured them that the septic was in good working order which helped them to make the final decision regarding the sale.
