World Of Hot Tubs

The 5 star reviews here sound like friends or the company itself. Unfortunately I have a hot tub of their brand and this is the local dealer. I was warned about how rude this dealer is by other customers and pool/hot tub retailers. The owner and staff treated us like we weren’t worthy. Do not give these people your business. Unless you want to leave feeling like garbage. There are many alternative places to deal with. Do your homework. Stay away from World of Hot Tubs or feel demeaned.

The staff are demeaning and borderline rude over the simplest of questions. Makes the customer feel like an idiot, would never recommend them to anyone.

Amazing experience buying a hot tub here. Very knowledgeable staff and willing to go the extra mile. If you are considering a hot tub look no further, you won’t be disappointed

They are truly experts in Hot Tubs and have no commission sales person. They made it easy to shop and learn about Hot Tubs and made us feel in control the whole time.
