Very unpleasant experience. Owner was very rude and refused to honour her return policy even though the shoes were falling off of my sons feet.

Refund denied on my toddler's too tight pristine shoes with the receipt, and within 24 hours of purchase, because "they were on his feet when he left the store". No matter that the fussy child was carried until the shoes were removed!!! No offer of in store credit. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE.

Poor transparency...

Poor transparency about their return policy. Spent $70 on shoes fitted on a screaming toddler who hates them - he refused to wear them. Friends gave us a new pair of shoes that he would put on so I went to return them (we didn't need the shoes) & they refused to return my money-offered a store credit which I have no interest in using. They said they were fitted so they couldn't be returned BUT NO ONE TOLD US about this policy when we were in the store. Expensive lesson learned - BUYER BEWARE!!!
