When I took my car for service maintenance for service reminder oil, air and cabinet filter, transmission fluid changed. I had to come back for the service three times. On the third time they just repaired the transmission fluid line and did not changed the fluid only topped up. They said I did not tell them to change the fluid and always use that famous line "We are out of the fluid and is in back order. You have to come back next time". At this moment I replied I wouldn't come to them anymore.

The service department is very rude and frustrating to work with.

Horrible service. Went in to test a CRV touring but after getting my kids buckled into their car seats we are told that we have to sign a waiver and that they are bringing around another lower model CRV to drive because we aren't allowed to take out the model we are wanting (and our kids are already in)! Then, as we are moving the car seats into the other CRV a different salesman approaches me and demands the keys to the CRV Touring, like I'm trying to steal them. As we are about to leave t
