When my Bosch dishwasher failed to drain, I called a couple of top-rated appliance dealers—and all I got were voice mails telling me to leave my name and number. The next day, one of them called back, but in the meantime, I called Rudy’s Appliance Repair and got right through to a person. He told me they would be there the next day between 10 and 10:15 a.m. and sure enough they turned then. Within 5 minutes they had fixed the problem, a clogged drain. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Horrible customer service. Sold us washer covered in black mold. Wanted to charge us $100 to swap it for a clean machine. Did not provide a refund for 3 weeks. Photos are AFTER I tried to clean it. Would not recommend.
