    These guys will take your money then totally fail to communicate. After 3 weeks on unanswered emails, attempting to leave a message on a voice mail that will no longer accept messages, I turned to the BBB. Amazingly I received a response within 24 hours!!! Terrible customer service and communications.

    I would like to share my experience with King Power boards, I received my shipment on time as stated which i appreciate. The ordering was smooth and will be testing my equipment later and letting you know how it is. The downside to all this was no communication from the company after you have ordered, couldnt getting them on phone or email in case you want to verify your purchase or maybe later contact customer support for the product. Its kinda like you order at your won risk.

    Absolutely horrible! My son saved up to buy a $360 hover board which doesn’t work (called customer service everyday for a week with no answer, emailed 5 times and NO response). I’ve had to call VISA to make a claim, hopefully we get our money back but my son has no hover board to enjoy this summer...I’ve ordered plenty of things online and never experienced anything like this! I wish I had read the terrible company reviews before we ordered it.

    Bought for my 10 year old son he loves it! Does not appear to be cheap. Quality built product. He has drove outside and handles well on ruff surfaces and bumps. Very fast with large foot surface for great handling and stability! Thanks for quick prompt delivery! I would recommend the ProZip Hoverboard to those that are considering a purchase.

    King Power Boards is an excellent company to buy from. I bought the ProZip Hummer (Its a little more expensive) but absolutely zero issues. Mine shipped the same day I purchased it.

    Horrible. I ordered two dec7th to have by the 18th. No communication/updates even after 2 emails and 2 phone calls. Finally answer phone on Dec 23rd only to tell me they dont deliver to U.S. My kids'xmas gifts don't exist now. Horrible.

    Ordered the hoverboard and waited almost a month before I realized it wasn't shipping. Sent emails, tried calling, left voicemails, tried using their website and no reply. Had to file a complaint with payment company to get any action, they refunded my money and I ended up missing other black friday sales because of it. Can't speak to quality of the product because it never came, but terrible service and buyer beware on payment method because you might not get your order.

    I purchased 2 hover boards. Board was Xmas gift for my child,he used it for approximately 3 days after Xmas before the board went crazy.I called the company they were going to send a replacement & I would send back the broken one.Months later still no board,I called again and they sent me a shipping label to return the broken board which I did,when they sent the board back one use & broke again.The owner was then avoiding my calls.After 6 months got a new board. Attachment came without a seat.
