Upper Level Doors

Disrespectful employee . This employee had his work truck blocking sidewalk on Birchwood today. Not only was he fully blocking the sidewalk he was actually using saws to cut items on the opened back tailgate. As I approached with my two dogs I asked him why he had to do that there and not on the driveway or on the street. His reply was call the bylaw. Well I could care less he was parked on sidewalk but to be cutting when there are children and people walking by. Very inconsiderate.

Beautiful doors, nicely installed - terrible customer service. Calls not returned, having to keep calling, still don't return calls. Was supposed to let us know when our doors were in, we were assured they'd let us know, they never did - but they didn't mind taking the deposit in a hurry. I would give a 5 star if their customer service was better.
