Canadian Tire General Store

I went in for a flat tire last week. I called multiple times during business hours; no one answered and I couldnt leave a voicemail. I dropped my car off in person and when I picked it up, I had to wait for 15 min while two guys in the back ignored me. Someone gave me my keys and my receipt but did not go through any follow up. A week later, two lug nuts were missing. When I took it back, the man behind the desk was rude and the mechanics were laughing. No one was distancing or wearing masks.

For such a small store, they have great selection, and the staff are always pleasant, and get me what I want. I prefer this smaller store. It meets all my needs in service and selection.
