McDonald's

The food is fine as usual. I would order from here all the time. HOWEVER, the last several times I have ordered from them (with Uber Eats), they have not included straws with my drinks. Sure, its something small, but when you order a milkshake or a coke, its usually helpful to have a straw, as I do not have any straws with me at work. I have started leaving notes with the order to include straws, and half the time they still dont do it. They dont even add ketchup packets anymore upon request.

The system for serving customers is very unsatisfactory. I'm a senior and not comfortable using the electronic ordering. So I stood in a line-up of 10 people, which took approx. 15 min.( one cashier on duty) then moved over to wait for my order. There seems to something terribly wrong with how long it takes them to put together orders and get them to the customer. I waited another at least 15 min. to get my order. Your company calls this " Fast Food" ??????
