great job starts job does not stop until its completed for the client for their inspection

I have done a few design / build projects in the Kawartha Lakes and it's always hard to find a dependable excavator, especially one with fair rates. Mike has helped me with garage slabs, home foundations and septic systems and each project he did exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for great service I highly recommend you hire Mike.

Awesome to deal with

Last year we had Mike install a septic for us. He was very competitive on the price and we were very impressed on the workmanship and the short time it took to complete the job. Thanks again Mike.

Save yourself some trouble

We had an agreement as to how the job would look when it was complete for a given price but it seems the job involved more than he originally figured on so I was told I would have to accept an incomplete job for the agreed on price. We all have to make a living but I wonder if he refunds when a job goes better than expected. I'm sure there are better options available. Thank you
